Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your NorthPower. If you're not, we'll make it right.
45-day returns
You have 45 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 45 days we're unfortunately unable to process a return.
We pay return shipping
Returns are free. Once your request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label — you won't pay anything to send an item back to us.
Condition
Return your item in whatever condition it's in. We don't require original packaging, tags, or that the item be unworn. Try it, wear it, wash it — if it isn't right for you, send it back.
Refund or exchange — your choice
Tell us which you'd prefer:
- Refund — back to your original payment method
- Exchange — a different size or colour, shipped at no extra cost
How to start a return
Email contact@northpowerco.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. Our team replies Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and we'll send your prepaid label and instructions.
When you'll get your money
Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it and email you the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method immediately, though your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, email us and we'll chase it.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no return needed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before an order ships. Once it's shipped, our standard 45-day return applies.
Customers in the EU and UK
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. This is in addition to the 45-day policy above, whichever gives you more protection.
